We mapped the unique needs of four distinct user personas — policymakers, entrepreneurs, academicians, and students — building a strategy that speaks to each without diluting the platform's core mission.

Most platforms pick one audience. We designed for four policymaker, entrepreneur, academician, and student each with their own journey, tone, and entry point into the platform.

Trust is earned visually before it is read. We used structured layouts, professional typography, and a restrained colour palette to signal authority — making Health Parliament feel like an institution, not a startup.
